In this draft of the music video, there are many elements that need to be improved. Overall, the footage that can be seen in this video has received positive audience feedback, however comments have suggested that alterations to the colour grading and effects could be made to make the video better, and more intertextually linked to the 80s, as well as more consistent. Most of the groundwork has been laid in this music video, with the identity of the video having been found, with the editing of the music video being done in a way that is meant to look like an old VHS tape. Feedback has show that audiences enjoy the vintage, 80s retro look of the video, with the glitch special effects proving to be popular. Most of the editing work needs to be done on the end of the music video, with colour grading work needing to be done on the indoor sequences, and special effects needing to be added in the scenes where we see the camera pan around the male character. Overall, so far I believe the first draft of my music video has fit the plans I initially had for my music video. Certain elements have yet to be improved, but I now have a rough guide of where I want my video to be.
