Research - Textual analysis of a website 2
The elements I will take from this website are the centrist approach to the layout, with the use of the text and images being in the centre third of the page. I will also incorporate the element of the video being on the skyline of the webpage when you enter the site. This immediately catches the attention of the audience as soon as they enter the site, and this is why I want to incorporate it into my video. I will also incorporate the use of the two colour scheme theme on the website in order to make it as easy on the eyes as possible, as well as highlighting the style of the website, similar to how this one does, as the dark colours vs the red highlights it is a rock band website. As well as this, I will take the pop up box element from this website, and display it as a subscribe notification for fans to stay in touch with the band.
